Active women wanted for Harrow morris side

A Harrow women's morris side is hoping to recruit dancers and musicians.

Whitethorn Women's Morris side, which celebrated its 31st birthday in September is looking to recruit both dancers and musicians for its dance side.

The group aims to recruit any women aged eight to 70 as long as they are reasonably fit. The band is mixed and welcomes experienced musicians.

The evening, held at the Scout Activity Centre in Walton Road, will be an opportunity to try North West Morris and get a flavour of what the group does.

The group, which always dances to live music, performs at festivals, fetes, public houses or charitable events.
