Planning permission granted for Gayton Road Car Park

LEGAL agreements have been signed between Harrow Council and Fairview Homes, meaning that the housebuilding company has satisfied all the conditions to finally earn planning permission to redevelop Gayton Road Car Park and Sonya Court in central Harrow into 383 flats in five tower blocks, as conditionally granted last year.
