PIANIST Sally Rose will be performing a lunchtime concert at St John the Baptist church in Harrow town centre today (Thursday).
She will be playing J S Bach's 'Fantasie in C minor', C P E Bach's 'Solfeggietto',
Mozart's 'Sonata in C minor', Chopin's 'Polonaise, Op. 26 No. 1' and 'Nocturne in C sharp minor', Debussy's 'La Soirée dans Grenade' and finally Liszt's 'Étude de Concert No. 3'.

ADVICE on caring for orchids will be given at Harrow Garden Centre in Headstone Lane, Harrow, during an Orchid Weekend being held on Saturday March 6 and Sunday March 7.

A HARROW man has been arrested by the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) in connection with an investigation into suspected fraudulent calls.
The 33-year-old was released on police bail while a second man, Arunkumar Vettivel, 24, from Bristol, was charged with fraud by false representation.
Detective Inspector Ian Butler from SOCA said: "We are continuing our investigations into these crimes where it is believed the caller purports to be a police officer and asks for bank details.
"I am very keen to prevent further victims and would take this opportunity to remind people that only in very rare circumstances would a police officer ask for bank details and they would never ask for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) so, if you have a call of this nature, do not give any personal details to the caller and call police as soon as possible."

EXTENDING the 18 bus route to Northwick Park Hospital in Watford Road, Harrow, "would not represent good value for money", the Mayor of London said.
