Join Irish jig world record attempt at Harrow town centre pub

Posted by Ian Proctor on Mar 11, 13 11:20 AM in What's On

Join in a Guinness World Record attempt for the most people Irish dancing at the same time at O'Neill's pub inn Station Road, Harrow, from 8pm on Thursday evening when all 49 of the chain's pubs make a simultaneous collaborative effort.
Participants should arrive from 7pm in order to be taught some simple steps from a traditional jig and then, when the time comes, dance for just five minutes in a crowd.

The current record stands at 10,036 dancers, and people can help raise money for Kenton's St Luke's Hospice by buying a St Patrick's Day hat to wear.

We'd like to hear from you.
